Place the unused luggage or bags back into their original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
