Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet standard domestic and international overhead bin requirements. However, we recommend checking your specific airline's dimensions before traveling.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. All orders are fully insured against loss or damage during transit, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for luggage?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our luggage pieces come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in wheels, zippers, handles, and shells. Accessory bags carry a standard 2-year warranty.

For hard shells, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges.
